Texas Is A One Of A Kind State!

Texas REALTORS®, an organization dedicated to advocacy for realtors and private property rights in Texas, highlighted their 100th anniversary at their February Winter Meeting in Austin by unveiling One Of A Kind 3-dimensional commemorative art created by Lawrence Romorini. The art, which measures 59” x 59” x 4”, reflects the profession’s complexity and progression since the founding in 1920.

The structure for Texas REALTORS’® artwork is in the shape of Texas, accented in gold-leaf, with the logo prominently featured. A Lone Star Flag design behind honors 100 years of Presidents and the enduring Texas REALTORS® Code of Ethics. Objects featured in the art include a replica President’s Trophy, “The State of Texas” collector’s pen, bluebonnet flowers, armadillo, cotton plant, various Texas REALTORS® pins, and much more.

Lochner Celebrates Their Legacy in One Of A Kind Anniversary Art

Lochner, at the cutting edge of transportation planning since 1944, recently unveiled One Of A Kind 3-dimensional art to celebrate their 75th anniversary. The unique design reflects their stability, major projects, clients and many industry awards. Hal Lochner, Son of Founder Harry W. Lochner and the firm’s 2nd President, was on hand for this milestone occasion.

2018-2019: Looking Back and Looking Forward!

It’s January! That might be a synonym for nostalgia, resolutions, and fresh starts. It’s also the month of Janus, who famously looks forward and backward. In true Janus style, we’re reflecting on 2018 with in One Of A Kind fashion. Some of our memories include:

    • Sandy Spring Bank President & CEO Dan Schrider unveiled their sesquicentennial art at a 150th anniversary celebration.
    • Over nine months we worked closely with Sandy Spring Bank’s team to develop the retrospective. This collage celebrates Sandy Spring Bank’s inspiring history that started with in a small meeting house during the horse and buggy era and has grown to 55 full-service community offices and six financial centers across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC, online banking, much more…and is ready for whatever the future holds!

Creativity Springs Up As Sandy Spring Bank Celebrates 150 Years

Lawrence Romorini recently collaborated with Sandy Spring Bank, headquartered in Olney, Maryland since 1868, to commemorate their sesquicentennial with One Of A Kind 3-dimensional art. This retrospective of SSB’s first 150 years is a showcase of memorabilia that reflects their Quaker roots, leaders, growth, services, accomplishments and commitment to their customers. In true democratic spirit, the new savings institution opened its doors to every member of the community, rich and poor, black and white, male and female alike.
