Tailwater Capital’s 10th-anniversary lobby art honors the two founders and an impressive story. This private equity firm focuses on energy and growth infrastructure solutions that improve human life. As a diversified, middle-market firm, they have received an array of accolades in response to their achievements including PE Firm of the Year at D CEO’s 2019 Oil and Gas Awards and D CEO’s Deal of the Year Award in 2021.

The founders established a vibrant work culture at Tailwater Capital. Stemming from working together for over two decades, they understood the significance of teamwork and included it as one of the firm’s core values. The work hard, play hard crew has enjoyed many work events together from BBQs to holiday parties. The culture and core values shine through the collage with photos and favorite memories.

An ocean blue background featuring the company’s iconic wave logo reminds viewers of their “full immersion” approach. Tombstones, representing the closings of major deals, were recreated in miniature and the typography reset for perfect legibility.
