The cement-like finish on the structure echoes many of the projects, as do miniatures like the bike path and overpass. The centerpiece of the art is Hal Lochner’s Client Trust Triangle, surrounding the 75th anniversary logo.

The art contains many three-dimensional items, such as the founder’s vintage tools, a pewter replica of the Civic Opera Building, a bus, plane, rail car, and an actual hard hat. Lochner extended the art’s global reach with an interactive display on their website.
