Lifetime Tribute to Monte Zucker

This 3-dimensional art, which commemorates the career of legendary photographer and devoted teacher Monte Zucker, was commissioned by his protégé Clay Blackmore. The structure created in black Plexiglas suggests the iris of a camera lens. Zucker’s passion for life and for photography is celebrated in the retrospective. The tribute was displayed at his memorial service, with posters given to the hundreds of his colleagues and students who came to remember and express appreciation.
