Mementos arc upward, rising from a bleacher back bearing his jersey number 15 from the stadium where the former Buffalo Bills quarterback won two world championships. They include an actual Congressional seal, US and New York state flags--even a Dorito chip.

The white-on-white structural design suggests Federal columns for Jack Kemp’s years in Congress. These columns double as bleachers to create a football playing field, topped by a goal post with Kemp’s trademark tie bar.
